User agreement
Use of service and rule updates
Using the app means accepting the service terms and later updates published by Poloprint.
Read the service terms before use. Continued use is treated as acceptance of the full agreement.
Poloprint may update the terms for operations, service quality, or legal compliance, and the latest version should be checked in the app.
Accounts, identity, and conduct
Users must keep registration details truthful, protect their account, and avoid illegal or misleading content.
Provide real, accurate, and complete identity information and update it when it changes.
Keep the account and password secure. Unauthorized use caused by poor account protection remains the user’s responsibility.
Do not use the service to publish illegal, false, infringing, or harmful content.
Privacy, data, and notifications
The agreement states that the service may collect device, network, and app data to operate and improve the product.
Collected data may include app version, network environment, device identifiers, device model, system version, language, region, and timestamps.
The app may send service notices, event information, and other related messages through lawful channels.
Poloprint states that personal data is handled under the privacy policy and shared with service providers only as needed for service delivery or analysis.
User content and intellectual property
Users keep ownership of their lawful content but grant the app the limited rights needed to store, display, and operate the service.
Before uploading content, users must ensure they own the relevant rights or have permission to use the material.
Poloprint receives a non-exclusive service license to publish, store, manage, and protect content needed to run and improve the service.
If legitimate rights are infringed, users may seek legal remedies and Poloprint states it will provide reasonable assistance when needed.
Service limits and responsibility
The agreement reserves the platform’s right to handle violations and notes that service interruptions or losses can arise from law, network conditions, or user conduct.
Poloprint may delete, block, restrict, or suspend content and features when users violate platform rules or applicable law.
Users bear responsibility for losses caused by their own behavior, including privacy leakage from sharing credentials or posting private information.
The service can be affected by regulation, network issues, third-party providers, or other external events outside normal operation.
